We are currently seeking an Associate Business Development Specialist (BDS ) for our Midwest Region supporting a territory in Indiana, Illinois or Kentucky.
The Associate will learn to provide agency management, progressive growth of revenue and profitability in the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will partner with underwriters to build agency relationships and establish agency goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Learning to act as a marketing representative for assigned agencies, and will make decisions in accordance with risk selection and pricing parameters based on authority level.
- Managing and maintaining all agency relationships and business goals in the assigned territory.
- Making recommendations for agent appointments and terminations.
- Assisting with marketing, training, and deploying FCCI products and services.
This is a field-based role and the candidate must reside within the territory.
