Responsibilities :

• Assists with the setup and maintenance of the Financial Reporting system, including budgets, allocations, statistical data, funds transfer pricing and reporting.
• Assists with other financial systems including organizational, product and member profitability.
• Performs financial analysis including statistical reports, performance measurement, and trend analysis.
• Prepares financial reports for Board of Directors, Asset and Liability Committee, Pricing and various other committees.
• Assists other units in understanding budget variances and prepares ad hoc analysis and reports as requested.

Here is what we are looking for :

• A candidate with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business is preferred, but this is not required.
• At least 3 years of Finance / Accounting experience (this is required) to include preparation of financial statements, financial management experience, including :
• calculation of financial ratios, profit evaluations, and financial decision-making techniques.

Knowledge in designing and generating information, analytics, views, and reports using Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements, business periodicals, technical procedures, and government regulations.What we offer :

Base Pay / Salary :

$66,000 - $80,000 a year

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $66,000 to $80,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
