• The Role*

Our Electrical Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

Electrical Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-30 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.

• What You'll Do*
• Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and / or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
• Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
• What You'll Need*
• 3+ Years Residential Industry Experience
• Journeyman / Residential / Master License is a Plus!
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record and Background Check
• High School Diploma or GED
