Forward March Inc. is partnering with a leading company in the manufacturing industry and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join the team.
As a Senior Industrial Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and enhancing efficiency within our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and workflow optimizations.
- Design and develop efficient assembly line layouts, workstations, and material flow systems.
- Conduct time studies and establish production standards to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and reduce production costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain processes.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and workshops.
- Train and mentor junior industrial engineers and other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and other industrial engineering tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in leading and executing process improvement projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel if / when needed
