Who we are looking for

We are seeking a passionate and unique Clinical Manager to partner with us in bringing Ellie to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Clinic Manager will be highly compensated (salary, commissions, and great benefits!) for assisting in responsibility for the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of 12-16 professional therapists. This includes hiring and recruiting fantastic, unique, and fun-loving clinicians, managing clinic performance and client satisfaction, providing training and ongoing developmental support, meeting fiscal goals, marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals.

The Clinic Manager will also have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level.

Position requirements

The Clinical Manager will have a masters degree in a behavioral health sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and be fully licensed mental health professional (i.e., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) in Oklahoma for at least 2 years (Supervisor recognition preferred).

The Clinic Manager will be an active leader in the business and will be compensated with a base salary, plus a split of collections from caseload.
