Job Description :
Join a leading manufacturing and distribution company as a Business Systems Analyst ! In this key role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of our ERP (Syteline) system, enhancing business processes and fostering continuous improvement through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and optimize the Syteline ERP system to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to align technology solutions with business practices.
- Document and manage business requirements and system configurations.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources.
- Assist with system testing, training, and ongoing user support.
- Ensure effective data integration with other applications.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Syteline or similar ERP systems in manufacturing or distribution like SAP
- Proficient in Syteline modules, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.
Location : Fully onsite at our facility in Bartlett, IL.
