*Business Systems Analyst III

• Business Systems Analyst IIIZurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Business Systems Analyst III to use Agile methodology with business stakeholders to collect requirements for new and existing applications, to analyze options for delivering efficient solutions, for story development, test case review and coordination of user acceptance testing.
• Specific duties include : support application development, testing, implementation, and training activities; document detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
• use requirements management tools and techniques; understand and apply various delivery approaches and perform, independently, business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich Project management framework and the Zurich risk policy;
• lead analysis of business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria; coordinate and lead activities with product owners to gather requirements;

and provide subject matter expertise to others in the organization. Option to work remotely is available.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, inputer Science, Information Technology Management, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Clinical Analyst, or similar position developing business requirements or developing user stories.

• Specific experience must include : working in an Agile team; working with JIRA, SQL, and Database; leading activities with business owners to gather detailed requirements;
• analyzing requirements to determine the systems' potential and defining impact; performing business process modeling and re-engineering based on business requirements;
• providing customers with cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, and scope definition of proposed requirements; supporting application testing and implementation;
• leading project tasks affecting single or multiple business and IT departments; managing work plans, timelines and budgets;

and mentoring team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications. Option to work remotely is available.
