About the role :
Anthropic is seeking a talented Brand Designer specializing in web and interactive design to elevate our visual brand identity and bring our groundbreaking AI products, research, and ideas to life through engaging digital experiences.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing captivating web pages, interactive infographics, and immersive digital storytelling experiences that effectively communicate our cutting-edge AI technology to diverse audiences.
Reporting to the Brand-Creative Director, you'll collaborate closely with the design team, Comms & Marketing, researchers, and our policy team to translate complex concepts into visually striking and user-friendly web experiences.
Your expertise in information architecture, communication design, and interactive design will be crucial in creating digital brand assets that not only inform but also inspire and engage our target audiences.
Responsibilities :
- Using data and insights to communicate Anthropic's narrative
- Weaving a brand narrative across different touchpoints, with the ability to produce assets for events, environmental graphics, digital experiences, or print
- Articulating a creative vision by collaborating with other designers, illustrators, photographers, etc.
- Communicating ideas and painting a picture of our work through written language (project briefs, written narratives, etc.

- Hold to a standard of design without being a perfectionist, with the ability to understand the tradeoffs of fast-paced work without sacrificing standards
