We’re actively seeking a talented Annuity Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Newport Beach, CA; Aliso Viejo, CA; Omaha NE or Lynchburg, VA.

This role is on-site with the ability to have hybrid flexibility. You’ll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters / modern Omaha office / Lynchburg office.

You will fill a new role that sits on a team of three people in the Consumer Markets division.

How you will make an impact :

Help drive sales in assigned key relationships by collaborating with National Sales Managers, Sales Desk Managers, Strategic Partnerships, Digital Experience, and Marketing Communications and your colleagues within Marketing to host educational virtual events, sales support materials, printed and electronic communications, presentations, , firm-specific web content, and other support required.

Work with Strategic Partnerships to get "marketing shelf space" with the firms and determine how we can help educate the firm’s internal teams and support their marketing efforts.

Work with Analytics and other departments to gather sales figures and report metrics on sales or campaigns attributable to marketing efforts in the focus firm

Be the point of contact for the Sales organization and support the vision of National Sales Managers, creating sales ideas and marketing campaigns that align with Sales’ positioning

Travel periodically for home office events as needed.

The experience you will bring :

5+ years sales & marketing experience in financial services life insurance experience preferred, annuities and mutual funds knowledge is a plus

Developed integrated strategic marketing plans focused on creating awareness, engagement and demand with clients

Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines while staying focused on the details

Life Insurance experience or similar financial services experience preferred

Able to work in a team or independently and adapt to changing priorities

Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence people while motivating teams

What will make you stand out :

Relationship marketing experience within financial services, especially with life insurance

Worked in a data-driven culture with experience measuring tactics and channel impacts

Experience communicating marketing / business requirements as well as technical requirements to clearly explain business goals and technical solutions

Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Familiarity with marketing technologies, such as CRM software (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement tools, marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), social media management, and analytics platforms

Base Pay Range :

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.

Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$76,140.00 - $93,060.00
