As our Lead, Business Analyst, you will
Lead the requirements gathering process and work closely with a project's stakeholders to understand the business issues and challenges of our client's organization, and to recommend solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals and our teams to meet their expectations.
Be Accountable and Responsible
Lead requirements-gathering processes with clients and internal stakeholders to produce documentation for product delivery.
Illicit and then translate the "what" from the business requirements into the "how" in functional requirements.
- Support agile processes to ensure timely project delivery, including partnering in feature backlog prioritization, user story, and task creation.
- Connect the dots between our clients, Strategy, Creative & Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure our business goals are being met.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate junior Business Analyst teammates.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience working in an advertising agency, software development, or consulting firm.
- 7+ years of experience documenting requirements and product specifications for complex websites, intranets, and mobile applications, in traditional Scrum / Agile methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, capabilities, and best practices from a business analysis perspective.
- Skilled in translating clients’ business requirements into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features to support digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to think critically, with strong analytical skills to recommend creative solutions to our client's business challenges.
- Self-motivated, quick, and resourceful.
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent communication & ability to excel in a very collaborative work environment.
