Description
The primary responsibility of thisrole is handson with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components andtemplates web page creation and publishing.
In addition to CMSpublishing this role will support content writing and editing needson an asneeded basis.
Responsibilitiesinclude :
- Collaborate with productmarketing lines of business UX and Search Engine Optimization peersto create worldclass customerexperiences
- Work in a crosschannelenvironment publishing content for desktop / laptop and mobiledevices
- Assist in gatheringrequirements and assessing content authoring needs of a givenprojects
- Update content logscopy documents and other documentationsystems
- Provide strategiccontent recommendations and writing / editing support for productmanagers and business lines and other contentstakeholders
- Ensureprofessionalquality content for secure online / ecommerce interfacesresponsive websites mobile apps online lead / application formsmarketing pages and other crosschannelwebsites
- Analyze and understandendtoend customer experiences to make sure all content isconsistent in voice / tone / construction / brand guidance andtechnicallycorrect
- Collaborate andpartner with other content authors lines of business to meet tightdeadlines.
- Work with developmentand other internal team members on project implementation andlaunch activities including standup meetings defect resolutionacceptance testingetc.
BasicQualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalentworkexperience
- Prior experienceauthoring content for an enterprise levelwebsites
- Three or more years ofCMS content authoring experience ineCommerce.
PreferredSkills / Experience
- 2 years of professionalexperience authoring content for websites mobile apps software orother digital platforms;transactional
- Experiencecollaborating with large teams using outstanding communicationskills
- Experiencesuccessfully executing and balancing multiple projects andtasks
- Demonstrated abilityto write clear compelling content that adheres to style guidelinesand is substantiallyerrorfree
- Attention to detailespecially as it relates to complex customer interactions andcompliancemandatedcontent
- Experience workingwith multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment with proven ability to respond flexibly to changingpriorities
- Ability toproblemsolve and work independently whennecessary
- Expert in MicrosoftOffice
- Experience with AdobeCMS content authoring wireframes and design / prototypingsoftware
- Experience workingwith UX product and SEOteams
- Experience usingAtlassianJira / Confluence
- Understanding of AgileMethodology
