Reporting into the CEO, I'm seeking a strategic, detailed Director of Operations who can help unlock the company's growth opportunities as they mature their service delivery and organizational process and tune them for scale.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of managerial-level experience in IT operations, service delivery, or operations leadership
- 10+ years of professional experience
- MSP or MSSP experience
- Six Sigma, Stagen ILP or ALP Program, FLC, and / or EOS knowledge is a MAJOR PLUS!
- Naturally proactive, assertive, take-charge person who is process-oriented and cares about the details
