As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $119.4 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $734.

8 billion in non-discretionary assets as of September 30, 2023.

The Opportunity :

To satisfy the needs of our growing client base and managed accounts, we are looking to hire a Vice President to join our Real Estate Investment Team in Conshohocken, PA.

You will lead deal teams in performing due diligence on new real estate investment opportunities. You will also play an integral role in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing investment partners, as well as assisting in business development initiatives in the region.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading due diligence efforts on primary fund, direct co-investment and secondary transactions across real estate sectors.
  • Collaborating with Analysts and Associates in the due diligence process, while playing an integral role in the training and development of junior members of the team.
  • Assisting senior members of the Real Estate Team with resource allocation, while leading communication with investment sponsors, clients, and prospects globally.
  • Leading General Partner meetings, asset tours and site visits, with limited senior staff oversight.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of analytics and understanding qualitative factors crucial to real estate investing are imperative.
  • Modeling complex transactions and distribution waterfalls, and a familiarity with negotiations of partnership and transaction documents.
  • Completing special projects, including client projects, industry analysis, and geographical studies, as necessary.
  • Interacting with Investors in the Real Estate Industry and senior internal stakeholders.

Your background will include :

  • 10+ years' relevant investment experience, including transaction experience with real estate, secondary purchases, and / or direct investing.
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Experience from primary fund investing only will be considered, but preference for those candidates with demonstrated secondary or direct transaction skills.
  • Strong modeling and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and poised presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and measurable success as a strategic thinker.
  • Strong initiative and independent performance.
  • Ability to present and defend opinions and investment theses.
  • Ability to be self-directed and actively seek out information and resources to complete assignments effectively and efficiently.
