This position is part of our Advanced Safety & User Experience segmentlocated in Troy, MI.
Summary :
Aptiv is seeking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Apprentice, with an eye for creativity, to support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
In this role you will have exposure to talent planning, employee engagement, onboarding / offboarding, and communication cadences.
Responsibilities :
Develop an employee engagement calendar and oversee all engagement activities
Provide support with day-to-day HR tasks by answering employee inquiries
Support employee training initiatives / rollout for assigned staff areas.
HRIS Administration : Complete Workday HRIS transactions as required & data certification processes for assigned staff. Ensure accuracy / data integrity through audits.
Reporting / Data Analysis : Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data or conditions and interpreting human resource management policies & procedures accordingly
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications) :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle data with high confidentiality.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
