Ultimate Staffing is engaged in a direct hire search for a mid-level Manager with Project Management experience. This position is located in the Galleria area and will maange a team of 15+ call center representatives.
This role is also responsible for working closely with clients. To be successful, you will need strong people mangement skills, extensive project management skills, strategic thinking / solutions skills and a high level of integrity.
Requirements :
- Mangement experience - 4+ years
- Project mangement experience- 4+ years
- MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience allocating resources
- Proven personal accountability
- Extensive business customer service / support experience
- Ability to make quick decisions
