We are looking for a Customer SupportSpecialist for our team. You should be excellent in verbal andwritten communication skills for this role.

Responsibilities
- Maintaingood relationship between customers and thecompany.
- Provide detailed information about theproducts and services offered.
- Communicateeffectively with the customers.
- Listen to thecustomer and provide adequate solutions for theirproblem.
- Achieve the sales targetsproductively.
- Train the junior staff ifrequired.
- Keep the record of customers andfollowup with them on a timelybasis.
Requirements
- Degreein Business Administration will be prefered
- 2years of experience in customerservices.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Familiar with CRMSoftware like Zoho Hubspot andSalesforce.
- Proficient in MSOffice.
- Quick decision makingskills.
- Excellent time managementskills.
