We are looking for an HVAC KAM to the company's performance in the US market in the energy recovery wheel and fan sector.
Your role will also include increasing sales in dedicated markets (B2B, industrial, construction and OEM).
Main challenges of the position :
- Market Penetration : Successfully entering and establishing a strong presence in highly competitive markets, especially if the brand is relatively new or less known in specific regions.
- Technical Complexity : Understanding and effectively communicating the technical aspects and benefits of HVAC fans and energy recovery wheels to clients who may not have a technical background.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention : Identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients in a market where long-term relationships often dictate purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, with a specific focus on HVAC fan products.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
Market Expansion :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Market expansion : U.S. (especially East Coast), Northern of South America
Customer Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the HVAC industry.
- Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting :
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance against targets, and analyze trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on sales achievements and challenges.
Product Knowledge :
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of HVAC products, staying informed about product features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and market success.
Must have
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industrial knowledge : In-depth knowledge of HVAC and related products. Preferred experience in fans.
- Professional experience : Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HVAC industry
- Digital / IT knowledge : SAP or ERP Systems.
- Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and results-oriented sales.
