What you’ll do :
- Lead Talent Acquisition for our Corporate Functions which include Legal, Marketing, People, Growth and Finance
- Effectively manage, coach, and develop a talent acquisition team to deliver key results while instilling excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process.
- Responsible for setting Global Recruiting Strategy for Corporate Functions team hiring in partnership with Regional TA Leaders.
- Responsible for headcount delivery and headcount management globally while partnering closely with Regional TA leaders for execution.
- Partner with internal Senior Leaders and Stakeholders across the organization to ensure that they have the talent they need to reach their goals.
- Responsible for driving and leading through any standardization of recruiting processes globallyfor Corporate Functions.
- Understand business talent needs and develop multi-pronged recruitment strategies to ensure short and long term hiring goals are achieved
- Regularly use Recruiting data and Insights to identify market trends and inform key decisions around hiring.
- Consistently use data to drive strategic conversation with key Business Leaders.
- Partner closely with cross functional departments like HR, Legal, and Compensation.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience forcandidates and hiring teams.
Who you are :
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 12+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years of previous experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team, preferably in a global high growth environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to participate in strategic and operational business discussions with key leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market.
- Ability to lead meetings, influence decisions, and interact with all levels of the company.
- Ability to manage large workload & competing priorities effectively.
- Experience leveraging data for insights.
- An instinct to help others, go above & beyond, and think ahead.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.
The base salary range for this role is
$149,900 $274,900 USD
