You will
- Assist the brand marketing team in driving brand strategy vision & day-to-day decision making for multiple HelloFresh brands.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams (Social, Digital, Search, CRM, Direct Mail etc.) to understand brand & content needs.
- Author clear, insight-led briefs & guide the development of high-quality creative assets for the aforementioned teams, that are on-brand & align with channel best practices.
- Partner with the physical product team, as well as our culinary leadership, to devise & orchestrate launch plans for innovative product offerings.
- Carefully review creative assets, collecting feedback from various stakeholders & ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines & channel best practices.
- Monitor & synthesize competitor trends across meal delivery & otherwise, identifying new sources of opportunity & threats by being the internal expert on our category.

You have :
- A minimum of 3 years experience in brand marketing or brand strategy, primarily with Direct to Consumer (DTC) brands.
- Multi-channel marketing experience with understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention & analytics.
- Experience working with creative teams, ideally writing creative briefs & providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets.
- Experience creating a variety of presentations, including competitor audits & flash reports.
- A balance of creative & analytical thinking.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications (but not required) :
- Experience with growth marketing and / or product marketing is a plus.
- Work experience related to food & food systems is a plus.
