Job Details

The Payroll & HRIS Manager oversees the HRIS system and Payroll Department, ensuring efficient operations and team performance.

This role manages daily payroll processes for nearly 3,000 employees, handles payroll discrepancies, conducts audits, and supports team development.

The manager is also responsible for maintaining HRIS data integrity, managing system settings, and leading HRIS migrations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Payroll Department, conducting one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team training.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, manage pay discrepancies, and report final payroll to executives.
  • Oversee pay card inventory, payroll audits, and SOP development.
  • Ensure HRIS data accuracy, manage permissions, and lead system enhancements.
  • Collaborate on HR projects related to data, workflow, and employee records.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of payroll leadership experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of HRIS experience (preferably Paylocity).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience managing confidential data.
