We are looking to add a Full-Time / Part-Time Notary Public who delivers world-class service to all customers. This person must love interacting with people and be able to work independently to solve and discover customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers World Class customer service · Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and store leadership · Operates all equipment, software, and devices expertly and is willing to teach others · May open and / or close the store, perform beginning and end-of-day accounting and administrative tasks, etc.
- Participates in center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization · Empathizes and manages demanding, impatient, and / or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience · Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and adequately cushioning contents · Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality control · Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required · Retail / customer service experience · Ability to learn and use POS systems · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task · Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services · Good communication and people skills · Prompt, reliable, and responsible · Able to lift 40+ pounds
- Current Notary Public in the State of Hawaii
