Our Sr. Accounting Analyst is accountable for :
- Performing accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely accounting close cycles and provide detail support to the accounting managers and director
- Acting as point of contact in collaboration with Business Unit Finance, Corporate Budgets and other departments within Kelly Services
- Maintain Rebate System and accounting, which includes Revenue Recognition process
- Preparing entries and account reconciliations that require applying judgment, performing analytical procedures and identifying / resolving issues
- Interacting with Internal Audit and PwC, our external audit firm, related to work performed
- Assisting in providing data and / or preparing footnotes and various disclosures for SEC reporting
Essential Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong PC skills including Excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization when faced with several responsibilities
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Seeking 5+ years general accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.
