Job Title : Yoga and Movement Coordinator

Position Overview :

The Yoga and Movement Coordinator at Wild Rice Retreat is responsible for managing a dynamic, seasonal, and intentional yoga program for our retreat (on-site) and community (off-site) guests. This role requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication with yoga teachers, Wild Rice Retreat leadership & staff, and a strong understanding of yoga practices that align with Wild Rice Retreat's core pillars of Nourishment, Movement, and Expression.

In this role you will work closely with Wild Rice Retreat's Immersion Coordinator and other Yoga and movement instructors to build out the wellness calendar and teach classes.

Key Responsibilities

Class & Teacher Scheduling :

• Create and manage a comprehensive yoga schedule at least four weeks (more preferred) in advance : One morning yoga class (two in peak season) and one other yoga or movement or class per day, seven days a week, year round
• Coordinate with local and visiting teachers to ensure diverse and consistent offerings
• Schedule new teacher auditions and maintain an active, high-quality teacher roster. These auditions can be in-person or online via digital meeting platform
