Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic in Davis or Woodland, CA.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensive rehabilitative services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

Implement and monitor effective physical therapy interventions to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.

Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to facilitate the recovery and rehabilitation process.

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Valid Physical Therapist License.

Preferred certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
