Your job responsibilities as an Office Coordinator :

  • Answer phones and greet guests, clients, and prospects
  • Process all iing mail
  • Manage a book of bond business
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma. Relevant experience will be considered..
  • Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work andmunicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, applicants, and visitors
  • Ability to perform administrative functions
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well as possess strong skills in operatingputers and various office machines, as well as a technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
