Duties / Responsibilities Duties / Responsibilities Supports all events for the campus and provides excellent proactive customer service for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
Collaborates with facilities, events management, IT, student / faculty services team, caterers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information and services.
Ensures that the customers have all resources that they may need including IT and catering assistance. Percentage of time Duties / Responsibilities Supports the Assistant Director with special events and projects as needed.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, attentive person with excellent communication skills who is ready to assume a key role for the Gwinnett Campus.
Relevant / Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position High school diploma or equivalent and two years of progressively responsible event experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Competencies
- Excellent proactive customer service for students, faculty, and guests
- Proven ability to correspond in a professional manner via email and other forms of written communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist visitors and callers with a variety of questions, needs, or concerns
- Ability to function as a member of a diverse, dynamic team
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel spreadsheets
- Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
Physical Demands Standing and moving about the facility for extended periods of time. Use of vision, hearing, and physical dexterity to respond to people and assist in room setup.
