- Must have strong relevant experience in the women fashion retail industry.
- Experience in clienteling
- Ability to interact with customers and clients in a sales-minded but still upbeat, composed, and honest manner.
- Exceptionally strong work ethic.
- Executive mindset, but with hands on approach.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about women fashion.
- Experience and motivated in meeting business targets.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Loves to dress up and is crazy about life
