We have an opportunity for an Extended Warehouse Management, Business Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. In this role, you will provide business end user support within the SAP S / 4HANA environment for all processes aligned with the eWM workstream.

In addition, you will support a multi-year S / 4HANA global migration project.

You will :

• Actively manage business user requests for system support.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders and internal SAP team on new processes, functionality, or break / fix of existing solutions.
• Perform configuration, testing, and maintenance within eWM module.
• Develop requirements and specifications for development team; author test scripts and provide data needed for developer testing and business user testing.
• Research on SAP solutions and OSS notes for functional area. Implement solutions as needed and / or work with development and Basis teams.
• Participate in projects / initiatives for new business requirements and / or new acquisitions.
• Consult as needed on SAP security, batch jobs, interfaces, master data, etc. with users and technical resources.
• Support and adhere to existing change management, governance, and audit processes.
• Support cross-application integration requirements, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support global and regional process standards in accordance with process owners.

Key Qualifications :

• Have earned a bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college.
• Have 3-5 years of IT Experience, preferably as an ERP Analyst.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Handling Unit Management, Bin and Storage locations, Movement types, Picking and Put away strategies, Cycle Counting, Queue processing, and Warehouse Monitor usage.
• Knowledgeable of Full life cycle implementations of SAP WM or eWM modules.
• Ability to become proficient in working within our IT support ticketing system Jira Service Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to work within small to large multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; adept at Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
• Good organizational skills, time management skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivated.
