ERP Process Lead, Extended Warehouse Management

We have an opportunity for an ERP Process Lead in Extended Warehouse Management to join our ERP team. In this role role you will represent functional subject matter expertise to ensure the outcomes are designed to support the business.

You will play a crucial role in our data migration project, involving the transition of data from JDE, Oracle, SAP Lisle, and Visual Manufacturing systems into the SAP standard template.

You will :

• Identify Plant Warehouse requirements for SAP S4 Hana. Help each plant identify if Inventory Management, Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management is required.
• Coordinate master data requirements for warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with each plant to map the future state of their warehouses.
• Help create and implement an execution plan to ensure each plant is set up correctly for SAP launch.
• Create and present Key Decision Documents to ensure S4 meets our business needs.
• Create training documents to support plant personnel.
• Identify key test scenarios to ensure usability on day one after go live.
• Sign off on Warehouse management test cases and ensure the system is meeting business expectations.
• Verify the accuracy of data loaded into test and production environments, ensuring that all data meets defined standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with WS teams, Business Process Leaders (BPLs), and IBM representatives to resolve any SAP process issues resulting from data problems.
• Work with IT team to ensure integrations are working as designed.

Key Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the functional area, 1+ of cross-functional / project management experience
• Experience with extended warehouse management or warehouse management in SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to flex communication between C-suite and shop floor
• Broad network across the organization to allow accessing knowledge of adjacent processes
• Ability to travel approximately 50% to include international travel (EU, Mexico)
