About the role :

Role : Associate Manager, Data Analytics

Location : Bentonville , USA

Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Engagement :

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, objectives, and requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and meetings to gather detailed information on business problems and pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear data and analytical requirements.

Data Extraction and Analysis :

• Identify and access relevant data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or other relevant tools.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Insights and Recommendations :

• Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations that highlight key findings.
• Provide clear and actionable observations to clients, backed by data and analytical evidence.
• Formulate strategic recommendations to address business issues and drive decision-making.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management :

• Lead and manage data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with client expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse audience.
• Proven experience in managing multiple team members simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery.
