About the Role :
We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Project Manager Investment Services, Int - Hybrid . This role will be part of the Investment Services team.
Hours are Monday through Friday 3 : 00pm 11 : 00pm with 1 day in the office in NY City (Wednesday typically) and 4 days remote.
This role supports team members in the overall management of client accounts focused on assisting clients with their investment company compliance and variable product filings, while continuing to develop their overall knowledge of the industry.
Pay range is starting at $80k-$85k / yr.
What You’ll Do :
- Assists with the preparation of various client compliance documents
- Coordinate with fellow project managers and internal teams to ensure client SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings are executed timely and accurately
- Develop and foster positive relationships with investment and variable product clients, and outside counsel by actively participating in client meetings and / or onboardings
- Ensure resolution to client inquires by acting as first point of contact, directing and / or escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams
- Document all client activities on internal workflow tool to ensure proper detailed documentation for job tracking and billing
- Develops a working knowledge of various document types
- Stays abreast of SEC rules and regulations

Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred and / or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years’ experience working in a client service environment
- Experience in financial industry a plus
