Introduction
The Residential Administrator at Squeegee Squad of Wichita is responsible for managing and selling all residential job-related activities.
This pivotal role maintains high standards of customer service and ensures operational efficiency through effective scheduling, administrative tasks, and active job sales.
Work Schedule
- Hours : Minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Shifts : Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Sales
- Sell residential jobs, engaging with prospects and existing customers to promote and book services.
- Set up job estimates, handle scheduling of all residential jobs, and ensure all job details are accurate and communicated effectively.
- Manage communications with past due accounts.
- Create schedules for technicians and handle any necessary changes or updates.
- Take calls from field technicians and provide necessary support.
- Follow up on prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Track sales and maintain records of marketing efforts like flyer delivery and Angie’s List.
- Coordinate with the Residential Field Supervisor and ensure that technicians are informed about customer feedback and online reviews.
- Answer all incoming calls and ensure effective communication within the office.
Coordination with Office Manager
- Schedule and coordinate email newsletter blasts; primary in the first week and a secondary blast in the third week of every month.
- Manage additional marketing blasts as required.
Office General Management
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Manage office utilities, ensuring that lighting, heating, and air conditioning are set according to the prescribed standards.
- Oversee general office security including door locks and alarm systems.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay : $17 to $18 per hour, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
