Construction Estimator

Full service established Construction Company specializing in insurance restoration, barrier free and REO work is in search of a Construction Estimator.

Job Duties : Write scopes and estimate of repairs for not only insurance losses, but REO foreclosures and potentially ADA & Barrier Free jobs.

Pay range commiserate with experience, and industry / revenue stream. Industry experience is mandatory.

Requirements :

• Kitchen / Bath Estimating a plus
• Insurance Restoration Estimating / Xactimate Knowledge a plus
• Prefer an individual with an existing sub contractor base
• Must have construction knowledge
• Must possess time management skills
• Must be able to write and comprehend budgets
• Must be able to understand and establish job costing, and obtain prices
• Familiar with insurance guidelines and qualifications
• Possess strong computer skills
• Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required
• Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
• College degree preferred but not required
