Manager, Phased Array Systems Engineering

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Phased Array Engineering Development Manager with 6-8 years of experience to lead a dynamic team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of complex, multifunctional phased array system products.
This position requires a keen attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects within defined time frames.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide development management to a multidisciplinary engineering team through all phases of phased array system product implementation.
- Manage project execution activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and resource capabilities.
- Develop and oversee system-level architecture for phased array systems.
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure seamless product completion on schedule.
- Lead the team in task planning, problem-solving, and coordination to address project challenges.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, detailing project progress and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of self-motivation and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills :
- Phased Array Knowledge : Deep understanding of phased array systems and their applications.
- System-Level Architecture Development : Proven experience in developing and implementing system-level architecture for complex products.
- Multi-Engineering Disciplines Knowledge : Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering disciplines.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers.
- Task Planning : Expertise in planning tasks and managing project timelines.
- Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address and mitigate project challenges.
- Coordinating : Ability to coordinate activities across different teams and disciplines.
- Presentations : Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation : High degree of self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 6-8 years of experience in phased array engineering or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
