You are :
A digital expert who helps industrial companies use technology to make things quicker, cheaper, and more useful. You've got in-depth know-how, and the technical smarts to get things done within the Oil & Gas industry.
You're great with clients, and you're just as at home with the engineers and technical people you'll be working with to keep projects on point and on track.
What gets you up in the morning is helping clients realize how digital transformation can make their companies do more. You have the know-how to help them remake their business so they can take advantage of new opportunities - by pivoting to new products and services, new business models and more.
The work :
- Help clients digitally enable their industrial workforce in planning, management, execution, and monitoring by applying digital solutions that are experience focused and productivity driven within the Oil & Gas industry
- Leads consultant teams that configure / deploy digital transformation solutions; serves as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues
- Leverage emerging digital enablers and advanced analytics to ensure safe and reliable production and operations
Here's what you need :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industry consulting
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry
- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading transformation teams
Bonus points if :
- Management consulting experience
- MBA or Masters in technical discipline
- Able to support your colleagues during pre-sales meetings and client workshops
- Comfortable communicating with the C-suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, not only with the IT or Operations Manager but also with end users (operators, warehouse employees, technicians)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
