$140,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects with multi-family experience from ground up or renovation, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subs, and internal teams to drive project delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, to ensure timely execution.
• Provide leadership to project teams; monitor field operations and contractor performance.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change orders.
