Position Summary :
The Head of Studio Operations is responsible for all aspects of studio performance and operations while offering support to the growth / sales team to ensure a full, high-level, 5-star operation of each studio and the business it conducts.
This position will contribute to the overall company customer acquisition, revenue, and operations. This position will be responsible for establishing efficient processes and systems to support the implementation of strategic design, strategy, and day-to-day operations of all studio locations, pop-ups, and digital studio platforms.
The role oversees franchise sales and management, customer service, studio membership, staffing, and facilities.
What you can expect in a Head of Studio role at Tracy Anderson Method :
- Oversee the daily operations of two studios, and the TA LIVE digital product (over 180 classes / month).
- Participate in weekly / monthly / quarterly executive meetings with an overview of performance and growth directives.
- Manage procurement and resource allocation across all studio locations with a cost-control mindset.
- Manage franchise sales, relationship management, and branding (domestic and international).
- Support initiatives that increase revenue, including group classes, private training, retail sales, and special events.
- Liaise with other executive team members on studio financials, communications, and marketing.
- Provide day-to-day leadership regarding operations and management to Tracy Anderson staff that mirrors the values of the company and brand standards.
- Responsible for executing plans created by the company CEO to achieve and surpass studio operations, sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external in relation to the operations of the studios and oversee the daily studio operations needed including facility management.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the studios.
- Assist in identifying new locations and managing new studio build-out and opening.
- Administrate and implement organizational structure for new studios, remodeling, and expansion projects in regard to operations and functionality of studios.
- Ensure positive communication and high-level service for all TA clients, vendors, partners, and landlords.
- Oversee and manage some aspects of the organizational operations, including procurement of equipment, facilities, lease / construction projects, and negotiations with outside vendors.
- Lead decisions appropriate to all internal operational procedures, budget and planning areas, priorities of inventory movement, maintenance projects, and personnel;
Review, recommend, and standardize prices and budgetary allotments regarding studios needs.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed and ensures that the clients’ complaints and grievances are handled immediately.
- Develop and manage a department structure, operating standards, and practices that are responsive and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Carry forward and strive to find new ways to elevate our TAM and organizational commitment to deliver a superior experience to our clients which balances speed, quality, efficiency, and accuracy.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related field.
- Five to seven years (5-7) of experience in management, specialization in studio operations and franchise standards.
- Three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
- Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting.
- Strong project management experience.
- Good practical knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
- Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
