We seek a highly skilled Senior Developer Team Lead to join our team and drive our Atlassian Forge (Atlassian's Serverless App Development Platform) projects.
Position Overview : As a Senior Developer Team Lead, you will lead the development of advanced Atlassian Forge applications, leveraging your expertise in backend development, data architecture, and serverless functions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud applications. Your role will emphasize backend development, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and deployment of Atlassian Forge applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Design and implement backend solutions using Node.js.
- Architect and manage databases, including NoSQL and relational databases.
- Develop and maintain serverless functions (AWS Lambda preferred) and content delivery networks (CDN).
- Create and manage REST APIs.
- Implement unit tests and end-to-end testing using Playwright.
- Oversee data architecture and ensure efficient data flow and storage.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed throughout the development process.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Manage projects with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in developing and leading projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and software development workflows.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with AWS Lambda or similar serverless platforms.
- Knowledge of React routing and NPM package management.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
