Job Description :
Ensuring that guest satisfaction exceeds expectations through providing a dynamic atmosphere and experience to all that a Bell Person gets in to contact with
Job Focus :
Focus is on, but not limited to the following :
- Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associatethat differentiates us from the competition
- Contact appropriate supervisor with guest related complaints or issues
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Assist associates within the Bell Stand Department as needed
- Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service
- Delivery, storage and / or retrieval of guest items
- Full knowledge of resort amenities
- Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in
- Drive house car upon request
- Deliver sundry items, packages, flowers, etc. to suites.
- Assist loading and unloading of baggage from guest vehicles and store luggage.
- Adhere to strict service standards, verbiage and protocols established for Bell Staff
- Keep an accurate record of bell desk activities.
- Provide owners and guests with current information about all hotel, casino, shows, restaurants, etc.
- Provides exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associates that differentiates us from the competition.
- Answers calls from hotel guests for the Front Services Department
- Dispatches available Front Services Associate to appropriate locations
- Maintains ongoing efficiency and speed by utilizing proper dispatch procedures, as instructed.
- Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints and special needs.
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Take reservations for guest needing transportation.
- Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
- Perform related duties as requested efficiently, resourcefully with ability to multi-task with high volume.

- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Excellent Communication skills
- Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Basic knowledge of the city
- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting The Bell and Door Department including Guest Safety and OSHA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
