General responsibilities can and will vary based on specific job, but typical daily roles are as follows :
- Install and maintain various light fixtures
- Assemble / install lighting retrofit kits
- Install LED strips and flood lights
- Maintain cleanliness of job site
- Break down old fixtures into individual components as required
- Install / modify conduit / flex runs
- Drive to location
- Maintain cleanliness and grooming of self
Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to company HQ
- Must pass Initial and periodic drug screen as required by insurance, as well as an initial background check.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders, lifts and scaffolding
- Ability to be on their feet for standard and extended shifts.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. continuously
- Furnish your own hand tools; specialty tools provided as needed.
- Previous electrical / lighting experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
- Good attitude, go getter, must be able to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
