General Information :

This position provides support for our conference and general Center operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Duties include :

• Assisting the Conference Coordinator with necessary tasks such as assembling conference materials and acquiring equipment
• Staffing the conference registration desk
• Maintaining Center hours each week
• Providing supplemental support to our podcast, newsletter, and other Center communications
• Arranging the recording and archival of our events and activities

Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Capacity to work independently
• Experience with Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite highly desired

Conditions of Employment :

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
