Then, Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is the place for you!We are looking to hire a Housekeeper / Key Holder who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable.

At FFC high-quality customer service is a must! You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while staying true to FFC’s core values.

As the Key-holder you will be responsible for opening the club, turning on the lights and making sure the club is ready to go for opening.

The keyholder must also be able to cover the front desk for breaks and is the go to person for the other housekeepers. You’ll also join a compassionate and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and creating value by helping others.

Required Shifts : Monday-Friday 3 : 45am-11am

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
• Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement
• Responsible for opening the club and turning on lights and making sure club is ready to go for opening. The key-holder must also be able to cover front desk for breaks and is the go to person for the other housekeepers
• Respond to the member's concerns, suggestions and requests
• Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
• Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
• You will be responsible for but not limited to the following : Sort, launder, fold linens and towels.Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facilityVacuum all carpetingWash walls, ceilings and woodwork.

Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountainsEmpty wastebaskets and dust furnitureTransport trash and waste to disposalReplenish bathroom suppliesReplace light bulbsAttend scheduled staff meetings
