Elite Home Care is a non-medical home care company specializing in helping seniors to remain independent in their homes.

General Description : The Staffing Coordinator is a dynamic role responsible for the recruitment and orientation of all caregivers.
Recruitment and retention of caregivers is a pivotal role at Elite! The Staffing Coordinators facilitates communication between the caregivers and the office staff.
The Staffing Coordinator also assists the Operations Manager with several administrative tasks including but not limited assisting with scheduling caregivers, uploading files to client and caregiver profiles.
The Staffing Coordinator prepares each HR file for each caregiver.
Education / Experience requirements :
- Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential / long term care settings.
- Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Monday-Friday 7a-3 : 30p
- In the event of a call out, the Scheduler will either fill the shift or as last resort cover the shift themselves .
