Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-End Custom Home Designer / Drafter to join our team.

As a designer / drafter specializing in luxury residential projects, you will be responsible for creating extraordinary custom homes ranging from $5 million to $25 million.

Proficiency in Revit is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and lifestyle, and translate them into exceptional custom home designs.
  • Develop conceptual designs that align with the clients' preferences and budget, incorporating luxurious architectural features, high-end finishes, and unique elements.
  • Produce detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, using Revit.
  • Create 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and interior designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in high-end residential design.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design process.
  • Provide construction administration support by conducting site visits, addressing contractor queries, and maintaining design integrity during the construction phase.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a High-End Custom Home Designer / Drafter.
  • Past projects need to range from $5MM to 425MM
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and schematic design, with demonstrated experience in creating detailed construction documents and 3D models.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-end residential design principles, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
