We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our great team of scribes to assist the physicians in seeing patients.
The scribe will be the right hand person to an individual physician in helping them with patients, charting, and ordering.
We are looking for someone who is ok to start part time and eventually increase to full time with benefits. This position travels within the central valley, mainly between Stockton and Tracy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities : Reports to supervisor(s)Dictation / faxing / phone calls and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning and attaching documentsAnswering phone call / questions if neededTranslating (if employee is bilingual) Observation of physician and patient interaction in order to collect, organize and catalog data Following physician while he consults with patientsAccurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures as they are being performed by the physician which could include but not limited to;
patient medical history procedures and treatmentspatient education and explanation of risks and benefits prepare md notes as directed by the physician Travel to other locations with the physicians if needed Running physician errands if requested Coverage for other scribes if needed Any duty asked upon you by management or the physician Provides administrative support to all administrative employees including but not limited to the Practice Manager, HR Manager, and Billing Manager.

All travel / mileage is reimbursed at 0.625 / mile while on the clockCompensation : Non-exempt position, hourly positionHourly range of $18.
00-$21.00. Compensation is based on past job experience.
