Security Shift Supervisor - Lowell, MA
Shift : Full-Time, 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift Openings

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Security Shift Supervisors to oversee daily operations at a new start up. This role is responsible for managing security staff on your shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and addressing any security incidents in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in security, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise security personnel during assigned shifts.
- Ensure security staff are fully trained and comply with company and client policies.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe environment.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, escalating as necessary.
- Manage access control systems, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
- Prepare and maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with site leadership to address security concerns and needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to security officers.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements :
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Walking / standing for long periods of time
- Flexible work availability
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old
- Able to comply with onboarding requirements including a drug screen
