Job Details :

• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible hours!)
• Pay Rate : $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
• Location : Grayslake, IL

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming inventory and ensure items are in good condition.
• Stage and ship outgoing orders on time and with accuracy.
• Match packing slips to parts and quantities received.
• Manage warehouse stock : pick, unload, label, and store items.
• Maintain shipping logs and prepare shipping documents.
• Contact carriers for material transportation.
• Prepare shipping labels and consolidate orders for shipment.
• Pack, wrap, label, and ship orders efficiently.
• Cross-check inventory accuracy with system entries.

What We’re Looking For :

• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Proficiency in data entry and completing BOL paperwork.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, and working in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more and working in hot / cold environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across different management levels.
