The Enterprise Commercial Forecasting Sr Manager is a leader experienced in leveraging data to drive decision making. This role will support the enterprise forecasting needs for both organic and ad-hoc commercial development and business development opportunities to support commercial growth.
This role will be instrumental in aligning investment to strategy and driving accountability across the enterprise. This candidate must have the ability to effectively engage, influence, and challenge key internal and external stakeholders and deliver data-driven experiences that positively affect the business.
The position requires acumen in financial modeling and forecasting, preferably in the healthcare / molecular diagnostics industry.

Responsibilities
- Support the director of commercial planning and forecasting to drive modeling efforts for key commercial programs to help teams understand the implications to Myriad's different functions (product, PMO, finance, etc.)
- Identify key financial and non-financial risks based on macro and micro factors, conduct scenario analysis and recommend actions for mitigation of those risks.
- Support ad hoc analysis to aid with rapid decision making around multiple in-flight initiatives, including operating model shifts, channel strategies, volume growth initiatives, strategic / tactical objectives, etc.
- Work with Market Intelligence team to define inputs needed from primary market research and other information sources to improve financial models.
- Work with Market Intelligence to assess market and large account opportunities
- Represent the commercial strategy and planning team in meetings and support financial modeling and market analysis requests and projects from key stakeholders up to senior leadership.
- Engage with cross-functional leaders to help inform the models with a strong grasp of different business models in play across business units.
- Work with business partners to identify and scope new opportunities for reporting and financial analysis applications to evaluate business performance and to support business decisions.
- Responsible for helping build P&L impact business cases, partner to build one-pager value proposition documents, help track and drive insights via the product management dashboard and be a strategic partner to PMO and Commercial leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the finance or strategy field.
- Preferred : Strong understanding of oncology, mental health and women's health categories
- Expertise in pharma, med device, hospital marketing and sales strategies
- Proven track record in leading forecasting, financial modeling, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
- Prior experience in cross-functional influence and collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate and simplify complex scientific information clearly and concisely.
- Confirmed ability to work in matrixed environment.
- Ability to lead complex projects.
- Project Management skills or the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to support teams with varying experience, collaborate, and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
