What is the role of a Dispatcher?
As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibility is to coordinate emergency pickup and delivery requests for life-saving and critical supplies from our clients.
No sales or load negotiation is involved, as all drivers are supplied by our Recruiting Division.

Responsibilities :
- Operate multi-phone lines being able to prioritize calls in a high-volume environment.
- Dispatching drivers to designated locations based on customer requests and scheduling needs.
- Create, schedule, and maintain deliveries for optimal performance.
- Utilize Dispatching / GPS software systems to Track / Trace drivers’ locations and monitor their performance.
- Monitor driver routes and provide updates to customers regarding pickup / delivery status.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications :
- 3 Years’ experience Dispatching Drivers.
- 3 Years’ experience using Dispatch or TMS software.
- 3-4 Years of top-notch customer service experience.
- Has integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Technology Savvy and stays abreast of new technology.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
- Must have a professional and positive attitude with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Dispatchers work 12 hours shifts 3 days per week and rotate working every other Wednesday
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
