Responsibilities
- Provide support to lead plumbers during the rough-in and trim-out phases of plumbing work for new construction, remodels, and fire / flood loss projects.
- Assist in the installation and assembly of plumbing systems during the initial construction phase, ensuring adherence to specifications and building codes.
- Aid in plumbing system modifications and installations during remodeling projects, working alongside lead plumbers to meet project requirements.
- Contribute to plumbing restoration efforts in cases of fire or flood loss, assisting in repair and replacement activities as directed by lead plumbers.
- Assist in the handling and organization of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure an efficient workflow on job sites.
- Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of plumbing tools and equipment under the guidance of lead plumbers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
Job requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to add and subtract measurements
- Ability to cut a straight pipe in a straight line
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and move quickly
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
